Hi, Jennifer here, I'm the mom. I started my first job in high school, and since then I've lived in a box with 4 walls, devoting much of my energy to climbing the job ladder. My dreams for travel and new discoveries were always pushed under a pile - a pile that got lost under other piles.

Eventually I realized - No job title or money is worth what it takes away from you, and I won't do it anymore. I've retired from the corporate world and now, thanks to the Lord I'm living my dream with a renewed focus and balance.

Another passion of mine is learning about & living a healthier lifestyle which gotta say was a real struggle during the years of high stress jobs. When I first started down my health path - I walked during my lunch hour. Then I made a BIG mistake: I started eating lunch at my desk to get more done. That's when I started exercising at home. A few years later, I was looking into foods & plants that help heal the body.

Does your career consume your waking hours? Are you missing out on life and laughter? I'm here to say, it's not worth it AND it's unhealthy, even more so if you're sitting most of the time. At first, I was being bombarded by a constant stream of physical struggles. And then, I noticed my mental state also declining. One day I had a brilliant idea - finally - compile all my natural cures research into a Natural Cures Journal of remedies. My Journal will be for sale on this website once I get it into book format.

Chronic stress is dangerous and after resigning, I needed almost 2 years to reset my entire being. During that time I did some traveling and made another discovery - there are health benefits in both mini-retreats as well as longer vacations. My research confirmed it - Oh HAPPY me - two things I love in one basket: health & travel. So I'm back to my happy & healthy self, and I'd love to share my knowledge with you. We'll travel to new places and learn fun & relaxing ways to get healthier. And if you want - we can work on turning your inabilities into possibilities.

Meet My Daughter

My daughter helps me out occasionally and goes on many trips with me. "Hey, this is Dani, the kid. Before I started helping my mom, I was a graphic designer with my hands glued to the keyboard and sitting on my butt all day, except for the 3 year break to be a dance instructor which was a blast! Since I love to travel too, I had my suitcase packed as soon as she asked me to go."

  • Budget - if your finances won't give you that month long trip across Europe, you can focus on fun, less expensive trips. Take several 2-3 day weekend trips via car, bus, or train. Biking and inflatable kayaks provide loads of fun with minimal cost. You only need a good pair of shoes to go hiking, a pair of shorts to do yoga, and some type of clothing to go swimming.

  • Our World - it's beauty, resources, and all living things should be respected & cared for. However.....I still question if that applies to big nasty bugs or snakes!

  • Truth - when research data differs, I have to choose the fact most repeated.
